The location was ideal, as it was just a short walk away from the railway station. Being away from the city's hustle and bustle, it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. The dining experience was also delightful, with a restaurant that served delicious food. Special mention to Mr Dwarka Nath for his exceptional hospitality. the service provided here was exceptional and made our stay truly enjoyable.

While everything about this hotel was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. The approach road to the hotel tends to get flooded during rains, making it slightly inconvenient to reach.

Our romantic weekend escape was made even better by the excellent hospitality and modern facilities offered by the hotel. The room was clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, which had plenty of options to choose from. The location was also key, with easy access to the sights and sounds of the city.

The bumpy road leading to the hotel, but this was a minor inconvenience that did not detract from our overall experience.

The hotel offered a complimentary pick-up service from the train station, which was convenient. the breakfast was decent but there were not many options available. the hotel was surrounded by mountains and the ambiance was peaceful and enjoyable.

The hotel staff was not friendly or attentive to their guests. the room was not clean and the linens were stained.

Quick and efficient service from the housekeeping staff and reception desk impressed the guests. the on-site restaurant offers a good breakfast spread and excellent food quality, with personalized service from the staff.

One of the disadvantages of staying at this hotel is that it is a little far from the main market area, which may pose a challenge for those who want to explore the city's attractions.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Katra, just a short distance from the railway station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including TV, AC, and hot water 24/7. The staff provided pick up and drop off services to Banganga and the market. Although the food was a bit expensive, the quality was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay away from the city market noise.
